You can tell i did a lot of sitting today😅. You are so right. Guilty!!! Well, not quite... only that i did lesser activity today. Sometimes we need this moment😁

I did a twenty-minute walk and a bit of zumba, true, doesn't matter if you can't dance as long as no one is watching😅🤣

In the walk i saw this lovely purple, red and white flowers. Just cannot resist taking a photo of them. Click😉
