Hello all! I had a good start today. I did my daily stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, moving around among other things. I tried to have a walk this morning. But only for a short time. I had a walk by myself this afternoon. My two nephews were still out of town. And the other one was doing some sort of a painting. I'm wondering what he's painting. So yeah, it was a good lone walk...
