Hello...we had a rainy afternoon today, that means no afternoon walk. The good thing is I did a walk this morning, so happy enough. Oh, I did a short walk inside the house but nothing beats the walk outdoors.
Anyhow, I did my daily stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, moving around among other things, like laundry, etc. All my nephews are out of town...

Yup, it was raining, the sky says it all. Even my walk in the morning was a bit drizzling.
