My Actifit Report Card: March 22 2023

Hello dear Actifitters, another day is over 🙃

I spend much of my time in the kitchen today. Yeah, been cooking something that I haven't cooked for awhile. It was great...makes me realize that cooking is quite an activity because it always gives me some activity count. What with all that here and there and chopping away and cleaning up.

I got to prepare lessons in the afternoon, then walked with Max. I noticed that this is the second afternoon walk with too much breeze. I think I like that...

The boys were playing basketball when I was walking with Max then they suddenly disappeared when their Dad arrived. I found out later that it's their exams tomorrow and they haven't studied yet, oops.

I had to work as well. Done my stretches with some yoga stretches this morning and done other chores.
