My Actifit Report Card: March 24 2023

Hello Actifitters, weekend is almost waving hello again... 🤗 How are you doing?

I am quite satisfied for being able to do most of the tasks on my to-do list today. So I'm giving myself a pat on the back.

I walked on the boulevard this afternoon and this acacia tree made me excited for having a hanging branch with flowers. You know how tall acacia trees are and most of the time, I'm admiring it's unique looking flowers from far down, 😅. So yeah, I had been up close this tree's flowers this afternoon.

It really is getting hotter and hotter nowadays. Weather here makes me nervous, only two seasons summer and rainy but both extreme particularly now because of climate change.

I have done my laundry this morning and done a bit of a walk as well. This refreshing yellow watermelon is just perfect for hydration...

Not to forget, I've also done my routine stretches with some yoga stretches this morning. I'm glad that my dizziness is lesser and I think it's almost gone now. You know what I think helped? A capsule of Omega 3.
