My Actifit Report Card: May 19 2023

Hello guys, how's your Friday going? 🤗

I was expecting to produce more than 10k today but for whatever reason my tracker stopped for many hours, it didnt track my afternoon walk on the boulevard up to this moment as I just discovered it now.

Anyways, I started my day earlier than usual today, because I had planned to go to the city. My brother who's taking the kids to school for graduation practice had given me and my sister a lift. We dropped off the boys first. This is their school carpark, just guessing because it was where we dropped them off. 😁

We arrived slightly early in that the only open part of the mall was the supermarket, then eventually the whole mall opened. We did a lot of walking here and there, upstairs and downstairs.

I got my glasses lenses changed, had a haircut, shopped a bit, had lunch, then gone to a bookstore. Maybe, I'll talk about it more later.

I managed to walk on the boulevard this afternoon. It was threatening with thunder. But after a bit of drizzles, it was quiet just a little bit of lightning.

Of course, I did my morning stretches with some yoga stretches above all else. That's about it for now, friends...till later.
