My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2023
Was a super quiet day yesterday because it's a Sunday. Privacy and peace are so precious and I got to enjoy it.
I spent the day doing self-care and I tell you what, really we need time to do this. If we won't give it time, it's not gonna happen particularly that most of us are too busy with a lot of things.
Self-care is important, for how can we help others if we don't take care of ourselves. So things should start here. Self-care produces positive feelings which boosts motivation and self-steem leaving us with increased energy, better mood and more enthusiastic with life. Thus even the people around us will feel that. It's somewhat contagious, you know. ☺
After lunch, I have attended meetings and I got to do my weekly walk on the boulevard.
We had clear blue sky in the morning and the sun was scorching. Yeah, even in December...
When I got back, I scanned the lessons that I prepared earlier, walked Max, had a meal and worked.
Beautiful sky early evening or shall I say late afternoon. 🥰

Sounds like you had a nice day. I can't imagine December being hot, but it appears by the foiliage, that you are in a tropical climate. I'm guessing you might not imagine cold and snow. It's all in our perspectives!
