My Actifit Report Card: December 15 2023

I had joined my friends again in the walk this morning so I turned my alarm clock on worried that I may missed the time but I woke up earlier than the alarm as usual. Was great particularly when we stopped over one of our friends place for refreshments, I got to rest my legs, too. 😁

I'm glad I did that because it's Friday basically my off from work as I don't take students on Fridays. The meetings that I should be attending on usual Fridays happened last Tuesday already.

Anyway, it was quite a long walk. I managed to take photographs where we were on this narrow concrete path with tall trees on rhe sides and wild plants and flowers. The sun was glaring as usual and so hot, no breeze.

That's all I managed, it was rather interesting when I was taking photographs, I heard crawlies in this mini jungle probably I disturbed them or maybe they're feeling the heat, too.

Spending time doing physical activities is like a treat to our body. So let's move it, move it⛹🏋🤸‍♂️
