Awesome, you managed to take a photo of an owl. I guess an owl is much better to be around than the bear, huh. Maybe with those eyes he can warn you when there's a bear around.

Yummy, yummy, 😋 strawberry pie you made there. It looks good, doesn't matter about the pan. It will taste as good as when you used the pie pan. I agree, it's quite challenging to bake using gluten- free flour. But I didn't back away from trying that. It was fun...No, I can't go gluten-free in our place. I don't think I can find those items here. Enjoy your dessert. 😋

Thank you @mimster! I did gluten free for about 3 years (along with dairy free as well during the same time) due to some intestinal issues. I eventually fell back into old habits with the gluten and decided I was tired of feeling bad again. I still do not drink milk as I cannot tolerate it, but am able to eat cheese, cream and things like that. The milk is just a bad thing for me. Take care my friend!

Oh too bad...sorry to hear that. Well, I hope @silvertop is not complaining. Because gluten-free food tastes different, like gluten-free pasta and so on...For me, I do not mind it at all.

Thank you @mimster! The pie was actually pretty good; the crust reminded me of shortbread without the sugar. I might actually take the pie crust mix sometime and add some stevia and vanilla and try making shortbread out of it.

He didn't mind it at all; he actually asked me for some tonight, but alas, we finished it last night.
