⚽️ FIFA WORLD CUP QATAR 2022 ⚽️

The biggest soccer competition in the world has started.

Like every time, the World Cup is a big hit. Between scandals, money, a lot of blood and ink; we have not finished hearing about it.

Here is a picture from Amnesty International that I took while waiting for the bus which marked me and did not leave me indifferent.

>No halftime for migrant workers. / A match is won first on defense. Same thing for human rights. / Some live for soccer, others die for it.

On the other hand, this edition takes place in winter because of the heat and the conditions. Having practiced this sport for a good part of my life and being a little passionate, I calmed down with time.

Yes, the soccer of the past is not exactly the same soccer that we see nowadays. I was a bit disgusted with all the scandals around the players, the bribes of the managers (Platini-Blatter) and finally with the non-involvement of some players or some teams over the time, etc.

HISTORY

This year it will be the 22nd edition of the World Cup. The first team to have won is Uruguay in 1930 against Argentina (4-2), final held in Montevideo, Centenario in Uruguay.

The winner of the current title, the world champions are France in 2018 against Croatia (4-2) in Russia.

EUROPE - (UEFA)

There are 13 qualified European countries and among them the European champions, England.

The actual leader is France. In my opinion, they will not win the cup this year. There's a lot of players who are injured, the scandal with Paul Pogba and else. The golden ball Benzema had to forfeit the competition this year, the poor guy really didn't have much luck with the national selection!

For me the most effective teams are: Germany, Spain and England.

ASIA - (AFC)

There are six qualified teams; Qatar, Iran, South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Australia.

I do not really get interest on the Asian soccer teams, what I know is they are really speed and surprising when you don't expect it.

AFRICA - (CAF)

Still no African team could lift the world cup. There are five qualified: Senegal, Ghana, Cameroon, Tunisia and Morocco.

Unfortunately, my born country the DRC Congo have failed on the last line in front of Morocco.

The African champion is Senegal. It won in a penalty shootout 4-2 against Egypt in the final, which took place in Cameroon.

NORTH AMERICA - (CONCACAF)

The four teams qualified are: USA, Canada, Mexico and Costa Rica.

SOUTH AMERICA - (CONMEBOL)

Soccer nation, the south of America produces stars and soccer geniuses like Maradonna and Pelé (to nominate old top players).

Urugay, Brazil and Argentina and Equador, these four teams have great chances to go far in the tournament.

MATCHS

At these moment the best match for me are: France-Australia and Spain-Croatia.

The best surprises were Argentina-South Arabia. 51st in the FIFA ranking, even Messi was surprised at the end of this game. Did you know that the king of South Arabia declared a public holiday for November 23 in his country, lol!

Even more surprising, Germany was beaten by Japan 🎩. She who was favorite and dominant from the beginning of the game ended up being outplayed. Japan quickly equalized and then scored the 2nd goal. Incredible!

PLAYERS

Leo Messi
He played well but not enough to bring his team to the top, worse they were hit by Saudi Arabia, which enters the history by beating Argentina ....

Olivier Giroud comes as an all-time legend of the French soccer team. With a double, he is next to Thierry Henri.

Eden Hazard, the Belgian captain who runs as fast as his shadow. I can't wait to see more of his squills.

TRAINERS

Hervé Renard: One of the greatest coaches I've ever liked. I knew him when he was the coach of the African countries. We saw his magnificent game. Never underestimate him.

Moreover, he qualified the Moroccan soccer team for the current world cup. He was sacked and replaced by Walid Regragui.

Didier Deschamps; is a former French international footballer, as we all saw his power to lead his team to the top and to persuade.

For the first match, I upvoted for the Urugay and I won. Qatar is the organiser but Urugay was the first to win the world cup. Moreover, I didn't heard a lot of famous things about the host team. As you can see, I now own 5 badges. Youpii 🙌
