I walked to the lake I always go for a walk. There were many ducks 🦆 flew back from the north and getting fed by locals.

It was so beautiful that the fog was raising from the ground and I could see that mist was making the whole area so magical ✨

I want to gain 10kg, but want to lose my body fat mass as much as possible. That's this year's resolution for my health! We will see how much I can achieve! 😄🥦😄🥦
