My Actifit Report Card: May 7 2023

土筆が生えていました。

きれいな野花が咲き始めました🎵

🐜蟻塚がやばい。😱

It was a warm day in Stockholm 🇸🇪 today, with temperatures exceeding 10 degrees Celsius. What a beautiful spring day😄🌸😄🌸 The weather was fine, so I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood. As I started to walk, I found a sprouting earth brush aka "tsukuahi" in Japanese (I don't know what to say it in English)😅. I thought again, "Ah, it's spring! Tsukushi is a sign which spring 🌸 has arrived!

I decided to take a fika to a nearby cafe☕. It was a little chilly when the wind blew, but I felt a little relieved after soaking up the sun in the mild spring weather.

Afterwards, we decided to go for a short walk in the nearby forest. The nice thing about Stockholm🇸🇪 is that there are forests, fields, lakes, and other natural areas near our appartment, so when I get tired, I can feel nature for a change. I thought it was very important to take a walk in nature and have a moment to forget about work and other unpleasant events in my daily life.

I felt refreshed when I found small white flowers blooming in the field, saw a swarm of ants swarming in an anthill omg..., and saw the blue sky in a light spring day.

今日はストックホルム🇸🇪も１０度をこえて、小春日和でぽかぽかと暖かい日でした。天気もよく、近所を散歩することにしました。歩き始めると、なんと土筆が芽吹いているのを見つけました。あぁ、春やなぁーと改めて思いました。

近所のカフェ☕にフィーカをすることにしました。風が吹くと少し肌寒かったのですが、やっぱり小春日和のなか、日光浴をすると気分も晴れて少し心のなかのストレスが取れた感じがしました。

その後は少し近くの森まで行って散歩をすることにしました。ストックホルム🇸🇪のいいところは、家の近くに森や野原、湖といった自然がありちょっと疲れたときに気分転換に自然を感じることが出来ます。やっぱり自然の中を散策して、仕事や日頃の嫌な出来事を忘れるひとときを作るってとても大切だと思いました。

野原に咲いている小さな白い花を見つけたり、蟻塚に群がる蟻の大群を見たり、小春日和の青い空を見ると気分が晴れました。
