The real luxuries

Someone on Twitter (X) tweeted a tweet titled "The Real Luxeries". Good sleep, good reading, long walks, etc. - real happiness that is hard to come by when you are working. I try to work and make time for myself to go to the library and read books these days. I have a lot of things to worry about in the future when I think about my job, but worrying about it is not a good thing to do, so I read books to refresh myself 🎵 Well, maybe it's an escape from reality, but that's all... haha 😉👏

ツイッターで誰かが呟いた、「The Real Luxeries」と言うタイトルのツイートがありました。良い睡眠、良い読書、長い散歩など、仕事をしているとなかなか手にいれることの出来ない本当の幸福感。仕事をして、自分の時間を作ってはこの頃、図書館に行って本を読むようにしています。仕事のことを考えると、今後、色々と心配なこともありますが、心配しても仕方がないしここは本を読んで気分転換してます🎵 まぁ、現実逃避かもそれないけどー。
