My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2024 - 03172024

Wander around the neighborhood and find a little spring. I have hay fever🤧, which causes a runny nose, stuffy breath, and itchy eyes. In Stockholm, March through April is the time of year when the cold gradually eases and it's easier to get around, so it's a far cry from the pollen hell of Osaka. I hope the pollen season will soon be over.

ぶらーーーーっと、近所を散歩し、小さな春を見つける。花粉症🤧で鼻水がでて息苦しいし目が痒い。ストックホルムでは3月～4月にかけて、寒さが少しずつ和らいですみやすい時期なので大阪の花粉地獄とは雲泥の差がある。早く、花粉の時期が終わってほしいです。
