I haven't been able to do much exercise the past few days. I went back and forth from home to work and couldn't do anything else. I found a butterfly larva in my garden. I am sure that in a few days it will turn into a chrysalis and metamorphose. I can't wait to see what happens next. I had a shocking experience a few days ago, and I've been shutting myself away in my room. My head is kind of foggy and I don't want to think about anything. I need to see bright side of my life.

ここ数日、あんまり運動が出来なかった。家と職場の往復で、他には何も出来なかった。庭で蝶の幼虫を見つけた。数日後にきっと、サナギになって、変態すると思う。今後が楽しみだなぁ。数日前にショックな事があって、部屋に引きこもりがちになってる。なんか、頭がぼーっとしてて、何も考えたくない。
