Not bad, not bad

We decided to celebrate my mom's birthday by biking to the next town for lunch. The portion was a little small, but honestly, it seemed reasonable for the price we paid. (In the photo, you can see the portion meant for two, which we divided up with tongs.) I guess that's just the charm of dining in downtown Osaka. A reasonable price with something is missing. It can be a bit of a hassle for my mom to head into the city, and it’s a shame there are only okonomiyaki restaurants around our neighborhood, but not any good French or Italian restaurants, which my mom likes. Well, we have to find a good one for the future.

この日はオカンの誕生日と言うことで、となり町まで自転車で食事をしに行った。3500円にしては、悪くない。まぁ、確かにすこし、少ないような気がしたのですが、それは値段から考えると妥当かなぁと。（写真は、2人分で、トングでより分けます） まぁ、下町の大阪ではこんなもんかなぁと。市内までいくのがオカンにとっては億劫で、近場ではどこもないし、あるとしたらお好み焼き屋さんぐらいなので、気分転換にはこのようなレストランに来るのも悪くない。
