Had a very inspirational session with my gym buddy today, will probably mint my next collection, planning to call it "black lotus" let's see how reality evolves

  • Side Curls: 100

  • Wrist Curls: 80

  • Crunch Bench: 80 sit-ups

  • 6pack exercises on matt: 40

  • Dragon thrust exercise: 80

  • Push-ups: 100

  • Slow and Fast Bicycle exercise: 40

  • Heel touches: 40

  • Knee touches: 40

  • Cycling 35 minutes
