Had an intense rowing cause I finished my 400 cal in shortest time so far:

Furrhermore

  • Side Curls: 30

  • Wrist Curls: 80

  • Crunch Bench: 30 sit-ups

  • 6pack exercises on matt: 30

  • Dragon thrust exercise: 30

  • Slow and Fast Bicycle exercise: 30

  • Heel touches: 30

  • Knee touches: 30

  • Exercises for my back to not look like a 60year old librarian: 30
