What a day 😅

I came to a point where I didn't see any progress anymore by going to the gym just once in the evening so I this is my first day when I added a short morning gym session to my routine

  • Pull-ups: 60 + 20 more in the evening

  • Crunch Bench: 40 sit-ups

  • Dragon thrust exercise: 20

  • 6pack exercises on matt: 20

  • Heel touches: 20

Then I went to Vienna's SadoMaso hotspot SMartcafe to upgrade my SMequipment

Really great people loved it from the start


Then before heading to my evening gym session I bought Jason Lowery's PhD thesis on Amazon about Bitcoin and Softwar, I love Christmas Shopping in March!! 💪🏻🎅🏻
