My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2021
Well, I said in yesterday's post that it will be difficult to stay active today. I wasn't able to wake up early and get any kind of workout and I was therefore mostly inactive. I spent most of the day in the hospital due to a scheduled surgery for a family member. There wasn't much I could do but sit around looking at my phone. So my steps would have to wait.
When I got home I spent a little time tidying up the house.After that I went for a short late night walk. I knew it was going to be tough, but at least I did make it to the 10000 step mark. I also somehow managed to rack up 12 floors of stairs.
We'll have to see how it plays put tomorrow. I have a follow up appointment with my doctor in the afternoon and we'll see what he tells me. I'm going to try to get a fair amount of steps in before that happens, and unless he says otherwise, I will plan on jogging tomorrow night.
