My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2022

Today was my first day back to working out. I'm away from home due to work. So I figured it would be a good time to get back on track.

I did the elliptical. I only did 33 minutes plus a 5 minute slow down. I figured I would take it slow. I'll try to do better tomorrow.
