My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2023
Today I got back on the horse. I recently managed to lose about 5 pounds but it was mostly from changes in diet, not exercise. I need to see if I can find some consistency.
Today, I played basketball 🏀. It was a good workout and I played surprisingly well. Meaning I played slightly below average. There were a couple of plays that I didn't run back when I should have and cost my team a score. So I felt bad about that. On the other hand I did manage a better offensive showing than I usually do, even scoring a nice layup with the left hand. I meant to take a pic but never got around to it. Anyway, it was late when I started so I got home, took a shower and now I'm ready for bed. So here's hoping for a good day tomorrow. Hopefully I'm not too sore.
