My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2024

Tonight I played basketball πŸ€ for the first time in a few weeks. I made up for some lost time by playing for about two and a half hours. I know I'm going to feel super sore in the morning though. Nonetheless it was a good way to start off the new year.

I once made a calculator that calculates the calories burned during certain activities. It was based on the compendium of physical activities study which was conducted the University of Arizona and some other group. According to that calculator, I burned almost 2000 calories playing basketball. Not bad.

I ended up with over 13k steps today according to fitbit. I also got 10 floors and 163 zone minutes. If only I could keep doing those kind of numbers more often. Tomorrow I get back on weight training though. I'll try to get some good amount of steps in as well. See y'all tomorrow.
