My Actifit Report Card: January 3 2024
Quick post for a quick workout. Today I barely got it in. I got distracted and almost missed my workout. I was able to get a good chest and tricep workout in about 30 minutes. I also increased my weight and number of sets for a couple of exercises. So that's good.
I ended up with over 5000 steps today and only 7 floors of stairs. I definitely have room for improvement there.
Anyway, that's it for tonight. Check back tomorrow.
