My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2024

Today was chest and triceps day. I did a pretty good workout, increasing weights on a couple of exercises. I need to get better at writing my workout down. I do like having some variation though. Like I don't always go in the same order. I also usually try to do something different. Sometimes it's just a tweet in technique or a slightly different exercises. Today, I added incline press after my military press. Then I added some decline press after skull crushers. I wonder how my triceps will feel tomorrow.

I am currently undecided as to what I will do tomorrow. It's either back and biceps or clean and jerks. I really enjoyed doing the dumbell cleans. Maybe I'll do that again. I like the fact that it's a full body workout.

Today I had over 7000 steps again. I need to try to make a push to do more. At least I had 44 active minutes. That's pretty good. I also had 28 flights of stairs, which is also really good. I was going to run up and down the stairs a couple of times to get to 30, but I was too tired at the end of the night. So I guess I better catch some Zzzzs.
