It's been a while since I've posted anything on actifit. I have been working out, but just haven't been posting. I had two good days in a row though so I wanted to make a post for yesterday and today. Yesterday first though.

Yesterday I went on a field trip to a theme park, called King's Dominion. It was a lot of fun and a good amount of walking. That being said, I spent a good part of the day waiting, so I didn't get as much walking in as I should have.

I finished the day with 14583 steps. That was a decent turn out and should help me with my numbers for this week. I also had 40 minutes worth of active minutes. Only 5 flights of stairs though.

Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. So for this day that song was Seether by Varuca Salt as that was the song playing on the radio as we left. I can't say much about the song other than the hook is pretty catchy. Also it's not to be confused with the band named Seether.

Anyway that's it for yesterday. I'll post today's day tomorrow.
