I don't have much time to post today, but I did a lot of home chores. I guess you could really say it was home improvement. I redid the floors in my basement. I still have a lot to do, but I got a lot done today.

I had to post real quick to make the deadline. Here's the rest.

Its been a while since I posted on actifit. It's not that I haven't been doing things, it's just that I haven't been posting it. But I was thinking I should get back to doing that. So I figured that since I did a little house project today it was a good opportunity to make a post.

I finished the day with just over 10000 steps. I feel a lot more tired that that though. Doing the flooring meant a lot of standing up then going back down. So a lot of squatting. I had over 200 active minutes with all of that though. I also had 12 flights of stairs.

Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. The song playing when I stopped was Blue on Black by Five Finger Death Punch. I honestly could tell you anything about this song. I don't even remember hearing it, but that's what I stopped on when my wife called me up for dinner. I do like Five Finger Death Punch, but I don't know this song. I'll have to listen to it tomorrow.

Anyway. I've got to get some sleep. Hopefully, I'll be back to PST again tomorrow.
