Houdini: November 26 2025

Tonight's dinner
Today, I slacked off most of the day. Well, I also had work for a lot of it, but then when I got home, I just kind of slacked off. So that meant that I would be doing a quick workout late tonight. I did a short 10-minute dumbbell squat routine. After that, I did about a 20 minute walk.

I finished the day with just over 7,000 steps. At first, my goal was only 5,000 steps, but the more I did the more I wanted to hit that next milestone. I also had almost 30 active minutes and 21 active zone minutes. So overall, I think that's pretty good.

🎶Guess who's back... 🎶
Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Today's song is Houdini by Eminem. I like this song because I can kind of relate to it. Eminem, like me, is an old man. In fact, he's a little bit older than me. And I can relate to the lyrics of the song and how he sometimes has trouble relating to the world as it is now. It's kind of funny, bit a lot of truth is said in jest.
Well, that's it for today. I'll catch y'all later.
