Today was a super busy day. Between working, going to my kids' Christmas concert and getting ready for the weekend, I barely have time to post this.

I finished with 7k steps and over 88 zone minutes from all of the running around.

Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Today's song is Getaway Car by Audioslave. This always seemed like a sad song to me. Like a lost love thing. Well I'd write more but I got to post this.

    I just think the songs are better. I like RATM and Sound Garden too, but I just see audio slave as more artistic. But you're right, all three are really different dispite sharing the same significant members.
