(hasta completar 400).\r\n* Si son abdominales mas profundas, rondas de 25 o 30.\r\nhasta completar 200\r\n\r\n*fuera de eso, pues hacer ejercicio con unas pesas leves (hacas en cemento), con rondas de 25 repeticiones\r\ndescargar peso a la altura del pecho y otras rondas\r\nhasta cumplir m\u00ednimo unas 200...pero tambi\u00e9n pueden ser 500.\r\n\r\nAunque eso depende de tu tiempo antes de ducharte, desayunar e ir a laborar.\r\n\r\n```\r\nSo, based on this, I will do a daily exercise routine, I mean it is the most routine thing I do every day,\r\nand so the activity consists of:\r\n\r\n* Static treadmill for half an hour. \r\n* sit-ups in sequences of 50 repetitions, stop, and another round.
