It's chest day this Monday!
the soreness and pain are so good but I still need to finish the program glad that I have a proper rest a while ago🤙🏻

Cable flyes.
Just to keep the shape of the chest.
I finished it immediately cause the gym is about to close and I think this is enough for this day.
