BASKETBALL IS NOT JUST A GAME.
Today my Tae-kwon-do team mates refused to show up in training so i decided to join basketball team both female and male.
We started by shooting 20 balls to the net and once you miss any you will go pressup . Well this is the part i love most because it's more or less like a discipline.
It took us up to an hour before we could complete the 20 basket with a lot of push up for anyone that loose, well i couldn't remember how much push up i did because i lost count, my hands are heavy.
After so many times we have tried we later make 20 basket so we decided to start playing and we have three captain and 3 team. We are to play to 7 and another team will enter.
The game begin and we were the first set to play well that is me jumping up making basket for my team, I could not use my Snickers because of injury🤕 and pardon me for that long trouser that is my Tae-kwon-do uniform. This is not my first time playing the game but then I'm not a professional. The game was very tough and we looses our first set with 7-5 that is 2points.
There are lots of physical fitness training in basketball I meant you have to be very active, move like a water so you can make more points.. one thing that always makes me happy is my fitness level, been a Tae-kwon-do player makes me fit-in, in so many sports.
The game continue while the next team enter and they were also been defeated well i most say the first team is extremely strong in defense and has alot of footwork drills.
Fortunately for us we defeated the wining team after realizing why we are loosing.
Basketball is not just a game there are lot of things that you need to do before becoming a good player. Alot of stretching, jugging, running and lots of footwork drills for dripping in shot basketball is one of the intense game I've been seeing so far and i will love to continue playing it.
After so many trials both winning and loosing i must say that i really enjoy the game.
