MY SPORT MAKES ME HAPPY EVERY WEEKENDS

My days are always busy with work and other things but weekend is what i see to explore myself very well you know in weekend you get to do your own personal activities and so on some people use their weekends to party 🎉 some go to clubs, some go to wedding, some hang out and so on while some do worshipping that's if you are a believer so in a nutshell we have gotten series of things to do that makes us happy in our weekends.

But me the only thing that makes me happy in my weekend is my sport and my coaching it's gives me joy anytime i see my students and knowing I'm impacting knowledge to them

What i love to do with my weekend that makes me happy is simple let me start on Saturday every Saturday morning i do Tae-kwon-do coaching and fitness, the classes are separate Tae-kwon-do different class while fitness different class , i always spent my time on coaching my students after which we all do normal warm up exercises then i will split the two and of course i do have seniors there so what i do this while i give them task to do i will make sure someone is supervising since I'm monitoring two classes and of course we have got people from different places that use to join us every weekend both lectures and students. The physical fitness class use to last for 1 hour to 1-30mins there's break interval and it's depends on how strong you are something we spent 2 hours training because we have got series of people and there's no force in training we go by what you can do little by little till you are capable to move as fast as you can, while the Tae-kwon-do last for 4hours with break in between since it's Martial art we spend alot of time there.

On Sunday i do my personal workouts both Tae-kwon-do and fitness this is because i needs to focus on my growth too i do not want to depends on being a coach alone at least I'm very young so to move well i make sure i do personal trainings and most time i travelled to meet my coach to receive more training or anyone better than me because no man is highland of knowledge.

This are what's i do with my weekends and i enjoy doing it and after which I'm back i just eat and take a nap because i will definitely be tired.
