Hay algo que es importante dejar en claro, si buscas bajar de peso lo importante es las calorías que gastes.

Todo el trabajo de hipertrofia hace que no pierdas masa muscular pero no contribuye mucho al gasto calórico.

Sigamos en camino, caminemos.

Se un poco más activo y no ser demasiado ambicioso, el truco es ser consistente.
