PUSHUPS DAY 24 .

This morning before taking a shower to go to my bible study and church i did my pushups early first set 15 and second set 10 , and 3 other set of 10 its was very hard ,i can tell to myself i see a lot of body changing in me ,more strengh and weight also thank God .
