Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC. In today's post, I'll talk about the progressions for a safe, easy, and quick backflip and frontflip in 3 simple steps or less. This was practiced by both those who had been training for a while but hadn't performed it with decent technique, and by beginners who wanted to learn the trick, which is actually quite easy. For the backflip, we have 2 simple steps that, if followed to the letter, you can learn the trick quickly. One tip is to wait, analyze, and control your movements to become more aware of the trick and have greater ease of execution. The first step is to jump high. When you're starting out with this trick, there's always the mistake of not jumping when you want to flip backward, and your body goes down due to lack of momentum. That's why it's always important to jump high.

The second step is to draw your knees toward your chest, followed by leaning your body back to perform the spin.
