Un poco más ameno. [ESP/ENG]

Un poco más ameno.
A little more enjoyable.

Aside from future plans, I'd like to start with what we were each doing. I was teaching Angel gingers; even though he'd done it before, he still has some things to refine, so we spent a good amount of time practicing before Jesús and Polanco arrived. But in the time I was teaching him gingers, he's been able to improve both his execution of the spin and his landing, although there are still things like distance and momentum that he needs to work on. Meanwhile, Jesús and Polanco weren't really doing much; they were just chatting and practicing tricks. At one point, Polanco left, but before he came back, I was with Jesús helping him with the 540; basically, I helped him improve his spin and landing.
And getting to the point you wanted to talk about, those who read my posts know that I love helping others improve, but another thing I really enjoy, though unfortunately haven't been able to fully appreciate, is being part of calisthenics competitions. Whether as a judge, in logistics, or as part of the organizing team, there's something about being involved in competitions that excites me. Sadly, two out of the three competitions I planned to participate in this year were canceled, and in the other, problems arose that, despite being resolved, caused me trouble and even a bad reputation due to rumors. But if all my plans go well, we'll have a calisthenics competition in Punto Fijo, one organized by me and another where I'll be part of the organizing team. (You know, Manuelito Ramos, if you need a judge, just give me a call 👀). That's all for today, and I hope to see you in my next post. 💪🏻
