Dom Le Roy

For the first time in a long while, I decided to write to pour out my rude shock at his Manchester United was humiliated today in an English Premier League match against Liverpool at Anfield. It was quite an unprecedented defeat for the Red Devils. At such a time when hopes are high and the team is improving, giving confidence to their fan base and whatnot.
Let me go straight to the point. In the opening part of the match, the Liverpool side was having a good day pressing into the visitor's half but could not pass the goal until the 43rd minute when the first half had almost reached. Gakpo found the secret behind the goal line with a through pass from Robertson. Just like that, the goal lines opened.

The Second Half & Six Whooping Goals

As a Manchester United fan, I needed a glass of cold water to calm my nerves when the goals started rolling in. The pre-match was a different ball game. Everyone had rated United higher than Liverpool following their trends for this season. Liverpool the struggling side. Who knows what the headlines of sports papers will carry in the streets of the united kingdom tomorrow? It could be just like the title of this post. Hahaha!

C. Gakpo 43', 50'

D. Núñez 47', 75'

M. Salah 66', 83'

R. Firmino 88'

Could this be the revival of Liverpool? Possibly, yes. This team may still be in the pursuit to win the league. You know what they say, anything is possible.

So, don't doubt it. Some folks have come to weigh the struggling nature of Arsenal FC. They opined that in their last match, the referee gave too much injury time to aid Arsenal in winning. One may not have enough or substantial reason to defend this claim. It only reveal that the season is not over yet. Anything Can Happen.

However, the drama is not over yet. I am pretty sure some surprises may still spring up during the season.

United Ego

Would there be any more ego remaining at Manchester United after this humiliating defeat? Could this result in more defeat for the Red Devils? That may not be the case. In previous seasons, Manchester United had always have to deal with one humiliating defeat. In most times, the defeat comes from the top four in the EPL.
Need I say that Liverpool fans the world over will be over joyous because of the outcome of the match today. @kenechukwu97 will definitely have a sound sleep tonight. The worry is over. Even if your club doesn't win the premier league this season, be assured that todays result against Man United is already like the trophy.

Even though we know Liverpool was the underdog for this match, they didn't come to win the match in an interview after the match,Jorgen Klopp said. The intention was to put the United players away from their half but it appears there was too much space in the united's defense line and the Reds didn't waste any time seizing the opportunity.

The pressure on Manchester United to drop point has just begun. More teams will push them. Now is the time for the manager to re-strategize or begin to face the weight of other teams come at United.

This promising team has been axed yet again. It is now appearing like a dose for every season.

Hahah... I'm still trying really hard to get back my voice after several sequences of screaming at the very top of my voice. Haha. This is truly spectacular. What a win 😂.

Things are finally looking good for my boys in Anfield. Haha.

As for Man United, they really had it tough. They switched off for a moment and it cost they massively.

That switch cost them seven whooping goals and none for consolation. It was a terrific outing.
