Might not be enough but I tried to be concise and straight to the point by making the points clear though I think many people might not take their time to read all through as it might take their time but the pictures has already been painted in the mind of the reader with these few words I guess.

It depends on the post to be honest but this I cannot put forward as reward has to reflect effort and this falls in between. Just being honest and trying to guide you in the right direction. A personal post with photos you took can be less, but for a topic slightly more.
