My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2022
Today’s workout was Dance Cardio. It wasn’t like my soulmate workout, but it worked for my needs this morning. I also got a good walk in during lunch.
I needed the sweat today because I was given some news that was hurtful. It’s something that needs to be dealt with, but when finances will allow it. I’ve got to get moving on the business so we can continue to thrive and NOT move back into survival mode. Working out helps me think clearly and I am grateful to have that in my life.
