The NBA needs to get rid of conferences and just have Best of 16 teams, shorten the 1st round back to 3 or 5 games for a better chance of upsets. The summer of 2019 free agents was basically decided by location. Kyrie wanted to go home and brought KD and DJ with him. Kawhi wanted to go home and brought PG with him. Jimmy went to Miami. Kemba went to a bigger city with a better organization.
