Good night all. The match against West Ham United should be a wonderful debut for Gareth Bale. Unfortunately, when Bale entered, Lilywhites lost a three-goal margin. Duh. Bale became a backup when Tottenham Hotspur met West Ham at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Sunday (18/10/2020) evening WIB. This debut will at least go smoothly for Bale. The reason is, when Bale was introduced to replace Steven Bergwijn in the 72nd minute, Tottenham were again winning 3-0 and it looked like they would win the match easily. Bale is expected to be able to make goals in this match.

Bale at least had a chance when he fired a powerful shot just moments after coming on, but the ball was right in the arms of Lukasz Fabianski. Unfortunately, disaster came to Tottenham in the last 10 minutes of the match. Starting from Fabian Balbuena's goal in the 82nd minute, Tottenham's goal collapsed again after Davinson Sanchez put the ball into his own net three minutes later. Tottenham's suffering was more complete when Manuel Lanzini made an equalizer in the final seconds of the match.

The final score was 3-3 and Tottenham clearly deserved disappointment for throwing away a three-goal lead. Moreover, this happened in Bale's debut after returning to strengthen his old club. Bale himself could not do much throughout the 18 minutes on the field, because he only made 11 touches and the percentage of successful passes reached 50 percent.
