My deen activity starts with going to office in the morning. After waking up I freshened up and left for office and from then on my whole day's activities began.

Going to office in the morning, coming home to eat in the afternoon and going to the office again. In between, I have to do a lot of hard work in the office to go to the canteen for drinking water and other times in the bathroom and everything. I welcome this wonderful medium just to maintain my fitness

But one happy thing among all is that the best report of the week was today. Today's reports and activity were the highest according to last week's and this week's report data for the week. Will try to increase my activity in the future and maintain my fitness.
