Another week another kilo

I do my weekly weighting every Friday and although I was on my best behaviour this week I was able to finally get back down to 86 Kilos. There’s still a long way to go but I’m starting to see a lot more progress lately.
My current routine consists of working out 5 times a week and having only soup for dinner from Sunday to Thursday. I’ve been so consistent lately that I feel guilty whenever I deviate from my routine.
One of my weekly workouts is a game of padel and it is my favourite one. It’s a shame how expensive it is to have classes twice a week but if the crypto bull market comes back around I might indulge in that.
