My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2022
They say that the grass is always greener on the other side. I think that is usually not so true and it's easier to try and change yourself or once you get to the other side, you will feel the same.
My grass is looking quite long and I will try and give it a sneaky cut tomorrow before we get any rain. The fertiliser that I used seems to be like crack to the grass and it has grown in record time unlike the cheap stuff from Aldi.
As part of my fitness plan I will be cutting down on the fats that I get from snacking on crisps and chocolate and instead eat healthier.
Up until the evening I had only 3k steps, but it was not as bad as it looks as I started back into my cardio routine today and completed a 40 minute cardio workout too.
Let's see if I can keep it up
