Hi to all. Today I finally have a good result and I can brag to you a little. I've been running 4 km on the treadmill for two days in a row. It takes about 30 minutes. Today I feel unpleasant muscle pain. It seems to me that my legs are like taut strings and with every step I feel him. The pain in my legs is especially noticeable when I walk up the stairs. I still want to run 4 km on the treadmill again today. I think it will improve my physical attributes. I already feel that I started to move faster, I was more agile, my body is becoming more flexible and the silhouette of my figure is emerging.
I still continue to swim in the pool, it brings me a lot of pleasure. The last time I swam 700 meters. Sports activities improved my mood and my thoughts were filled with positivity.

Привіт усім. Сьогодні нарешті я маю хороший результат і можу вам трохи похвалитися. Вже два дні поспіль я бігаю по біговій доріжці 4 км. Це займає приблизно 30 хв. Сьогодні я відчуваю м'язову неприємну біль. Мені здається, що в ноги як натягнуті струни і при кожному кроці я відчуваю його. Особливо відчутний мені біль в ногах під час ходьби по сходах. Я таки маю охоту Сьогодні знову пробігти 4 км по біговій доріжці. Я думаю, що це покращить мої фізичні властивості. Я вже відчуваю що почала швидше рухатися, були проворнішою, тіло стає гнучкішим і вимальовується силует моєї фігури.
Ще я продовжую плавати в басейні, це мені приносить "море" задоволення. Останній раз я проплила 700 метрів. Від спортивних занять у мене покращився настрій і думки наповнилися позитивом.
