Las selecciones de Inglaterra y Alemania dominan sus respectivos grupos y clasifican a la segunda fase de la Eurocopa Femenina

Se comenzó a disputar la segunda jornada en la Eurocopa Femenina, los grupos A y B presentaron dos encuentros en dónde se enfrentan grandes favoritas para proclamarse campeonas del torneo; el día de ayer en el grupo A, la selección local, Inglaterra, debería enfrentar a una de las selecciones favoritas, hablo de la selección de Noruega; para el día de hoy, en el grupo B, se enfrentaron la máxima campeona del torneo, la selección de Alemania, contra una selección que desea estar en ese corto grupo de campeonas de la Eurocopa, hablo de España; sin ninguna duda que estos primeros dos juegos en esta segunda jornada aumentaba el nivel de emoción y calidad porque se enfrentaban grandes equipos compuestos por buenas jugadoras que persiguen un mismo objetivo.

En el juego que cerraba la segunda jornada del grupo A, se enfrentaron dos selecciones que tal como dije sol claras favoritas para estar en la gran final; ambos equipos ganaron en la anterior jornada aunque existe la diferencia que la selección de Noruega anotó más goles que la selección inglesa, pero sería una equivocación el no decir que justamente las inglesas crearon muchas oportunidades para ganar por mucho más goles; con esta breve descripción de lo que fue el primer partido de ambas selecciones existía una gran expectativa de lo que debería ser este juego porque quién saliera victorioso mantendría el primer lugar en el grupo; con todo esto dicho solo quedaba ver un gran espectáculo entre estos dos equipos y sí que lo dieron. En la primera jornada la selección inglesa me sorprendió por su gran orden ofensivo y pensaba que el marcador de 1 a 0 contra la selección de Austria no fue justo y contra la selección de Noruega tendrían una nueva oportunidad para demostrar que tienen un nivel óptimo para ser en realidad consideradas como favoritas y contra Noruega mandaron un claro mensaje de sus pretensiones en esta Eurocopa. El repetir el esquema y equipo que ganó en la primera jornada fue fundamental, este grupo de mujeres ya demostraron estar preparadas y tan solo deberían mejorar en detalles y así mostrar contundencia y como dije en mi publicación anterior dónde hago referencia a esta selección y torneo, el esquema 4-2-3-1 es el mejor por tener balance entre lo defensivo y ofensivo; en este juego se practicó de tan buena manera que por eso las inglesas fueron contundentes, por ejemplo el tridente conformado por Bronze, lateral derecho, Stanway quien es parte del doble cinco en el medio campo y Mead extremo derecho, fue suficiente para destruir la defensa noruega; entre estas tres jugadoras dominaron a una completa selección por 45 minutos y es que en el primer tiempo fue un completo espectáculo verlas jugar y con esto no quiero decir que los 45 minutos restantes sobraron porque la selección de Noruega hizo lo imposible para que el marcador no cambiará, ya que el resultado de 5 a 0 era grave, pero su desempeño fue extremadamente malo y por eso recibieron tres goles más que cerró el partido con un resultado final de 8 a 0 y la clasificación de Inglaterra para los cuartos de final.

Del encuentro que cerró la segunda jornada en el grupo B, puedo decir lo mismo que dije con respecto al juego entre Inglaterra y Noruega en el grupo A; las selecciones de Alemania y España son claras favoritas, ambas juegan muy bien fútbol y en sus primeros encuentros mostraron contundencia a golear a sus rivales, con esto era claro las expectativas por este importante juego que como en la descripción del anterior en esta publicación, quien saliera victoriosa, se quedaría con el liderato del grupo y subsiguiente clasificación a los cuartos de final. Para este juego existían dos impresionantes factores que posiblemente pudiera influir en el juego de las españolas, uno que la selección ibérica nunca ha ganado en partido oficial a la selección alemana y otro que es sumamente importante es la baja de la mejor jugadora del mundo, Alexia Putellas; en este encuentro, la ausencia de Alexia sería más evidente que en el encuentro que tuvieron contra Islandia en la primera jornada. Quiero enfocarme con lo sucedido con España porque es evidente que el DT Jorge Vilda; no supo resolver la baja de su mejor jugadora y eso ha afectado en confianza a su equipo a pesar de practicar buen fútbol, por ejemplo en la primera jornada usaron el esquema 4-3-3 el cual funcionó mientras transcurría el partido y eso las llevo a obtener la victoria, ahora en este segundo juego contra una potencia del fútbol femenino y contra la máxima ganadora del torneo, fue evidente que el entrenador decidió ser más precavido y por eso usó el esquema 4-1-4-1, para mí un grave error porque en el primer juego este equipo demostró nerviosismo y le costó concentrarse en el juego en los primeros minutos y justamente en este importante juego volvería a ocurrir esos fallos que no solo regalaron un gol a su rival sino dos goles, pero lo peor no fue eso, ya que el problema en este juego fue los problemas para definir frente al arco rival y es que no puedo decir que la selección de España jugó mal, pero fallos de Paños, portera española y la perdida de oportunidades claras para conseguir goles fue lo que hizo que perdieran este encuentro y pongan en peligro su clasificación para los cuartos de final.
