El día de ayer se llevó a cabo la segunda semifinal del Mundial de Clubes organizado por FIFA y que se disputa en suelo marroquí; en esta oportunidad se enfrentó el Real Madrid, actual campeón de la UEFA Champions League, vs. Al-Alhy, equipo egipcio que junto al Wydad Casablanca, representan a la federación africana de fútbol; este club semifinalista es el subcampeón de la CAF Champions League y está participando en el torneo desde la primera fase y debo aclarar de la existencia de estos dos clubes de una misma federación es posible porque el Wydad participa por ser el actual campeón de la liga marroquí conocida como Botola Pro 1 y cuando se es sede del Mundial de Clubes, entonces el campeón actual de su liga participa en el torneo.

El pasado martes se vio una grata sorpresa en dónde el club árabe Al-Hilal derrotó 3 a 2 al actual campeón de la Copa Libertadores, al Flamengo de Brasil; eso hizo pensar que existiría una pequeña posibilidad de ver otra sorpresa más cuando se enfrentarán estos dos clubes que tiene una gran diferencia y es que a pesar de mi desconocimiento de como juega el Al-Alhy, quienes juegan en ese club y quién conforma su cuerpo técnico; debo decir que toda mi atención estaba dirigida por el rol que debería presentar al club que es máximo ganador de la UCL, el Real Madrid; recordemos que la dinámica post mundial de este equipo no es la mejor, ya que por momentos se ha visto iregularidad y puedo decir que existe dos importantes factores como son la baja calidad al jugar y las lesiones han mermado a un equipo que evidentemente es corto y es que en algunas zonas del campo no tienen un recambio que se acerque al nivel de los jugadores titulares; con esto puedo decir que tenía algunas dudas de qué clase de juego debería hacer el club merengue para tener la posibilidad de alcanzar otra final más.

Cómo es notorio, las lesiones de jugadores importantes afectaron el desempeño del equipo madrileño en la pasada jornada en La Liga; las bajas de Benzema y Courtois son sumamente importantes porque en mi opinión son junto a Modrić los pilares fundamentales para este equipo y es que en cada título que obtuvieron en la pasada temporada, no hay duda de que ellos tienen gran responsabilidad; justamente estos dos jugadores junto a Militão no serían parte del equipo que disputó la segunda semifinal y en mi opinión eso no debería afectar a un equipo que con su DT, tiene la posibilidad de idear un perfecto plan para ir en búsqueda de otro título; justamente eso lo volvió hacer Ancelotti y sus jugadores al hacer un juego simple, adecuado y contundente para llegar a la final del próximo sábado.

En este partido, Ancelotti contó tanto con Kroos y Modrić que junto a Tchouaméni fueron el tridente en el medio campo; la recuperación del mediocampista francés es sumamente importante porque ayuda a liberar a sus dos compañeros, pero también porque Fede Valverde regresa a esa posición en dónde puedo moverse como un atacante por izquierda y en el centro; la posición del jugador uruguayo siempre lo he considerado como algo importante para el planteamiento defensivo y ofensivo de este equipo, ya que la condición física de Valverde es mejor que la de sus demás compañeros. La dupla en ataque o quién acompañaba a Fede en la ofensiva iba a cargo de Vinicius y Rodrygo; en ellos estaba esa responsabilidad de ayudar a su equipo y hacer un mejor trabajo de lo que hicieron contra el Mallorca; ahora con respecto a la línea de defensas, con la baja de Militão, Mendy, Lucas Vasquez y el muy bajo nivel de Carvajal, junto a la poca confianza a Odriozola; Ancelotti decide usar a Nacho como lateral derecho y Camavinga cómo lateral izquierdo y entre ellos como la dupla de centrales, Alaba y Rüdiger; recordemos que el jugador australiano disputó su segundo juego consecutivo desde el regreso de una lesión que lo mantuvo alejado en varias semanas.

El club blanco hizo un encuentro correcto, aprovecho las oportunidades brindadas por los fallos del rival, concretó esas oportunidades y por eso ganó el encuentro y es que este tipo de explicación de lo que sucedió en la semifinal de ayer fue lo mismo que sucedió en toda la temporada anterior de la UCL, la única diferencia es que en esta oportunidad en vez de Courtois y Benzema, estaba Lunin junto a Vinicius y Rodrygo el cual este último creo que tiene un futuro más brillante que su compatriota. El próximo sábado se disputará la final entre el sorpresivo Al-Hilal de Arabia Saudita vs. Real Madrid de España; seguramente será un juego competitivo, espero que lo sea, ya que existe la expectativa de seguir con la sorpresa o mantener la lógica.
