My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2025

Hi friends on the actifit fitness group, today 29th of June and also the last Sunday in this month of June was very full of activities for me.

Waking up today in great health, I prepared for church very early like last week, service was awesome.
We also had program by 3pm tagged" Shouts of joy" organized by the choir where close to ten other choirs were present.

The morning service ended by 11am to enable members return by 3pm for the choir program. It was really a refreshing time of worship and praise to God.

Came back this evening, ate dinner and retired to bed
Not leaving out other daily activities of mine as stated in my activity type such as house chores, cooking, street walk, dancing (enough dancing in church in fact today was dancing galore.
