My Actifit Report Card: July 2 2025

Today was an amazing day for me and am sure by now you people know some of my daily routine but I have added a few changes.

Today I woke up and just to strengthen up I did a few exercises for strength which included stretching. Then I moved into doing the house chores which included sweeping mopping cooking cleaning and a few yardwork.

Then I had my bath ate and prepared my kids for school and myself for work. Work was fun and I had a good time with the kids I was teaching.

At the close of work I left and went to my shop where I deal on children wears and I sold a few items before I left. The weather started becoming cloudy and I decided it's time to go. I went and did shopping for the things which we would use tomorrow. Having purchased the items I went home and had to rush and prepare dinner for the family.

In conclusion today has really been a wonderful day for me.
